Upon receiving a counter-notice, Trjesse may notify the complaining party. If no legal action is filed within 10 business days, the removed material may be restored within 10 to 14 business days.
Repeat Infringement Policy
Trjesse strictly enforces its policy against repeated intellectual property violations. Accounts that consistently infringe on others’ rights may be suspended or terminated. Trjesse maintains a system to track violations and reserves the right to take action, including account termination, against users who breach our Terms of Service or act contrary to the spirit of these terms.
