Warranty Eligibility

We provide a warranty for manufacturing defects within 30 days of receiving your shoes. Eligible issues include:

• Defective stitching or glue work.
• Faulty soles, including detachment or significant wear within the warranty period.
• Material defects, such as tears or flaws in the fabric/leather.

Important Notes:

• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all warranty claims.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shoes. The following conditions apply:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• Shoes purchased as part of a set must be returned together.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Shoes explicitly marked as non-returnable or final sale.

Important Notes:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Do not return shoes directly to the manufacturer.
